Terms & Conditions


You can return Defected goods (If Any) providing that they are unused. You must contact us via email MedicalPlusInc@Gmail.com before

returning any items. You must cover all return postage and state clearly your reason for return. If you wish to exchange any goods postage

must be paid for the original delivery and the subsequent  exchange. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the

right not to accept goods back after this time period. All returned goods must be unused. Postage will not be refunded. We cannot accept

responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made

through the courier that you used to dispatch us.

 

We ship via UPS/USPS/FeDex.

 

International orders by UPS/Fedex/USPS are also optional. However, due to different international rates, we will not charge your card any
 
international shipping rates until we send you a shipping price quote and it is accepted by the customer. In most cases, orders ship out within
 
24-96 hours. However, based on weather conditions, large order volumes, non-stock items or any situations beyond our control this is subject
 
to change. Under these rare situations, please be aware that we will have your order shipped as soon as possible.

 

Orders are not shipped on weekends & are shipped on the work days of Monday-Friday. Orders that cannot be shipped before Sunday will
 
be held and shipped the following Monday.
