Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days after payment confirmation. Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on destination and order size.

A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.
