Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 business days of receipt.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Single-use or sterilized instruments cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion after inspection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
